So I am 39 weeks pregnant today around noon and the dr said I was 3 1/2 cm dilated it is now 9:00pm at night and for the last few hours i have been feeling tons of pelvic pain and pressure that it hurts to walk or bend or even sit. I was wondering if this were signs of labor.

If your dilated then definitely your body is preparing for labour... good luck with that...
