are these contractions? i was sent home from the hospital today on labor watch. i am 36 weeks and dialated to a 3, my bf and i had sex tonight and i been feeling some lower back pains and a little bit of tightening. any ideas ?

Back pains or back contractions this is normal with labor. If the pains are coming and going and continue for more than an hour I would go in. Better safe than sorry, need to keep that little guy in there to grow!
