My period is past due. It is supposed to come on feb. 26th but it is now mar. 1st. Have had slight cramping on and off. Weeks before my period was due, my breast had been extremely sore to touch especially my nipples and usually the day my period starts it'll be spotting or some sign that its on its way. This time around theres nothing. My lower back hurts and ive been feeling nauseous. I took a 99 cent store test this morning but it came back negative. Has this happened to anyone and they actually ended up pregnant? When should I retest and what brand would be most effective?

I think that you should wait another week to test, or just go to the doctor and get a blood test! Your period could be late due to stressing about it being late.
